Building social confidence for children and teens
A supportive and engaging group designed to help children and teens strengthen core social skills, improve communication, and feel more confident in everyday interactions — at school, at home, and with peers.
This series offers evidence-based, age-appropriate tools drawn from ACT, CBT, and behavior analysis to support emotional awareness, flexible thinking, and positive peer relationships. Through guided activities, role plays, and real-life practice, participants will build a social foundation that supports both confidence and connection.

• Children and teens who struggle with social skills or peer relationships
• Those who experience social anxiety, withdrawal, or difficulty initiating or maintaining conversations
